How does Protech do it?
We use ‘touch-less’ technology to deliver a preventative regime or a decontamination service following an outbreak.
A two pronged approach is taken to dealing with outbreaks:
-
Hydrogen Peroxide Vapour (HPV) sterilisation using the Glosairâ„¢ 400 system from Johnson and Johnson and/or;
-
Steri-7 Biomist fogging system
Affected areas are quickly and effectively decontaminated.
There is no residual smell and electronic equipment is unaffected. These are both ‘touch-less’ (sometimes referred to as fogging) hospital grade solutions and we will select the most appropriate method (or a combination) depending upon the nature of your incident and the environment that we are dealing with.
A wide range of pathogens are eliminated, the most common
being Norovirus (Winter Vomiting Bug), Clostridium Difficile,
Swine Flu, MRSA, E.Coli, Salmonella, Foot and Mouth and other harmful pathogens, yeasts, fungi and spores.
The products that we use are environmentally friendly.
They are bio-degradable and are not harmful to people, plants
or pets. Delicate electronic equipment will not be harmed and
may be left in place during the process. A kill rate of up to 99.9999% can be achieved and there is the option of a sustained release system whichprovides ongoing protection.
